Murphy’s : Peanuts

A humorous ad that put some fun into the beer’s battle, with many little things hidden this is one of those ads you will see a hundred times and something new will appear.

The CG was obviously the skeleton cast and the challenge was to syncronize 20 skeletons in a bar, all motion capture and then enhanced by hand, from floating bones to realistic spine, breathing and much more to enhance the action.

All contact between the skeletons and objects or other skeletons was hand animated and mixing techniques were used to eliminate signatures of those few actors as on the mocap studio we only had four and their walk patters would arise otherwise.
