Task: Character Animator Harp sequence
First, because it was one of my heroes’ companies (Jim Henson’s Creature Shop), because I grew up with all the puppets they had on the entrance, and second, because the animation director really pushed the envelope for all of us.
This was my first experience in the UK and it was so good I decided I should stay longer than the originally planned 3 months I was coming for.
At this stage, the animation for the sequence I was working on was done with XSI version 1.5 and was the very first glimpse of a technology yet to mature, but clearly outstanding from the point of view of an artist.
